$FTR

The utility token of the Faktorist trade economy.

$FTR powers payments, tools and rewards across the Faktorist marketplace. It is issued by a separate, single-purpose entity and firewalled from equity — holding $FTR never confers ownership of the company. Participation is by invitation, KYC’d, and unavailable in restricted jurisdictions.

Executive summary

A token for the ecosystem — not a claim on the company.

$FTR is the medium of exchange and incentive layer inside the Faktorist marketplace: buyers and suppliers use it for payments and premium tooling, and it rewards the behaviour that grows the network. It is issued by a dedicated, single-purpose entity that holds the token treasury — entirely separate from the company that owns the marketplace.

Participation is offered privately (SAFT) ahead of a public sale, KYC’d, and closed to restricted jurisdictions. Tokenomics, the vesting schedule and legal structure are in the data room.

The firewall

Three roles. Money and rights do not cross.

The structure deliberately separates equity, operations and the token, so a token investor and an equity investor are never confused — and platform revenue never leaks to the token issuer.

01

Equity holdco

Owns the operating company; cap table lives here. Equity investors subscribe here — and only here.

02

Operating company

Runs the marketplace, employs the team, and collects all platform revenue — which stays here, never flowing to the token issuer.

03

$FTR issuer

A new, single-purpose offshore entity that issues and administers $FTR only. Holding $FTR confers no equity; the holdco does not own the issuer.

Team tracks are independent too. Team equity sits on the holdco cap table; team tokens (180M, 18-month cliff) come from the issuer. The two do not mix.

Token utility

What $FTR does.

Payments

A settlement and payment medium for transactions and services on the platform.

Platform tooling

Access to premium AI tools, verification and value-added services is priced in $FTR.

Rewards & incentives

Aligns and rewards the supply- and demand-side behaviour that grows the marketplace.

Ecosystem liquidity

Bootstraps a working token economy around the trade flows the marketplace already generates.

Why now

A token with a real economy behind it.

$FTR is not a token in search of a use — it plugs into a live marketplace with real buyers, suppliers and transactions. As Faktorist grows, the utility and circulation of $FTR grow with it.

Terms & structure

Private first, then public.

Offered privately via SAFT to eligible, KYC’d participants ahead of a public sale. Issued by a single-purpose offshore entity (e.g. a Marshall Islands NRDC or an ownerless Cayman foundation) that administers the token only.

Not equity. $FTR is a utility token. It is not a share, security, or claim on the company’s revenue or assets, and this page is not an offer or solicitation.

Use of proceeds

Where token proceeds go.

Ecosystem development

Build the token utility, integrations and rewards inside the marketplace.

Liquidity & markets

Exchange listings and market-making to support a functioning token economy.

Legal & compliance

Issuer structuring, KYC/AML, and jurisdiction management.

Treasury

Held by the issuer, separately from platform revenue and equity.
