ITinvest is a private investment company assembling a diversified portfolio at a rare moment: the rebuilding of Ukraine’s economy around exports, bridged to EU and UAE capital and markets. We present every opportunity to one standard, and hold each to the same bar.
The thesis
Rebuilding an economy is a generational entry point.
Ukraine is being rebuilt around what it makes and exports. That creates demand across the whole chain at once — raw materials and construction aggregate, manufacturing and marketplaces, logistics into the EU, and the software and finance that move it all. Few moments offer this much real-economy opportunity in one place.
ITinvest exists to package that opportunity responsibly: to originate and structure ventures and assets, present them credibly to international investors, and steward the capital that backs them — with EU and UAE structuring that gives investors a familiar, durable footing.

Cash flow today, or a clear, permitted, financeable path to it — not a story.

Permits, reserves, logistics, data or network effects that competitors can’t easily copy.
A tailwind
Reconstruction, export growth, or digitisation pushing demand the venture’s way.

ITinvest is an operator-led private investment company with a Lviv-rooted team and EU/UAE structuring. We are close to the ventures we back — several are built in-house — which means diligence grounded in operating reality, not just spreadsheets.
Every engagement is confidential. We share detail under NDA, respect eligibility and jurisdiction limits, and would rather say “not yet” than present a deal that isn’t ready.
